Visa Application

Attendees from most countries will be required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China. Attendees can apply for a Chinese visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy. There are two types of visa you may apply, Visa L and Visa F.

Visa L: Tourist visa, for sight-seeing, family visiting or other personal affairs. Generally, you don't need an invitation letter for this application.

Visa F: Business visa, for business, research, lecture, science and technology exchange visits on invitation, and short-term training and internship of less than six months. For this application, an invitation letter from the host organization is required. Please fill the Invitation Letter Request Form and send it to ichsip_33rsvp@163.com . Then we will send you the invitation letter in 3 business days.

Sometimes, for visa F, you need “Authorized Invitation Letter”. It will take one month or even longer. Please send email to us as soon as possible.
