Registration Fee

On-site registration can be accepted.

General and student fees include:

•All scientific sessions

•Poster sessions

•Meals as indicated in the conference program

•Program book

Accompanying Person: The fee includes meals and activities, but excludes conference materials.

Registration fees do not include accommodation.

Publication Fee

Full paper submission requires prior registration and payment of the registration fee.

All attending representatives who need to issue value-added tax invoices can obtain corresponding registration and accommodation fee invoices at the registration and check-in site.

Refund Instructions for Registration Fees

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your designated bank account.

To request a refund of the registration fee, please compose and send an email to E-mail: ichsip_33rsvp@163.com by September 15th. Refund requests will not be accepted after September 15th.

The email must include the following information:

Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Bank Account Number, Account Holder's Name, and Bank Name.

※ We will process the refund to your account within 7 working days after the conclusion of the conference.
