1.During the conference period, the availability of hotel rooms is tight,it is recommended to book the room in advance and pay the room fee, so as to avoid the temporary absence of room reservation.

2.If you need to cancel the reservation, please send an email to ichsip_33rsvp@163.com before Sep.15. Cancellation is not supported after Sep.15.

3.Room includes 1-2 breakfasts (need to register at the front desk).

4.If you need to issue an invoice, you can come to the conference venue to issue an invoicer.
